Nourishing bodies. Educating minds. One juice at a time.
Hi, I’m Lily, a qualified Juice Therapist trained by the Juice Master himself, Jason Vale, with a Master’s degree from University of Cambridge in Counselling Children and Adolescents.
Based in Norfolk, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with food as medicine and discover how nutrition can support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
To me, juicing isn’t a trend or a quick fix, it’s a powerful, practical way to nourish the body with living nutrition, support digestion, and create the space the body needs to restore balance naturally.
Through education, practical tools, and simple, sustainable strategies, I help people better understand the connection between food, energy, mood, and overall health. My approach is realistic, supportive, and designed to fit into everyday life: because lasting change comes from small, consistent steps.

Meet Lily, The Norfolk Juice Therapist.
In 2008, whilst travelling in Koh Phangan, I received a phone call that changed my life forever. My mum had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
The years that followed were filled with hospital visits, treatments, medications and endless waiting for results. For eight years we lived with uncertainty, hope, setbacks and ultimately loss.
It was only after losing my mum that I began learning about the powerful connection between diet, inflammation and disease. That journey led me to train as a Natural Juice Therapist, where I discovered the incredible impact that fresh, living nutrition can have on the body.
I believe the body has an incredible ability to repair and rebalance when it is given the right tools.
Fresh fruits and vegetables provide those tools.
And sometimes the simplest changes can create the biggest shifts.
